最近很喜歡看Youtube上一系列的drawing speech
RSA Animates 把一些想法、概念、議題，由手繪動畫方式來呈現。

 
 
影片作者是一位英國的17歲青少年Jamie Bell，
這只是高中美術課的一個作業，但他卻花了三個星期畫了2千1百多張，

步驟一：請先用心感覺相片中五種圖形。
步驟二：將五種圖形依個人喜好，由1排序到5。
1號是你最喜歡的，5號則是你最不喜歡的圖形。

Blob Tree被英國學校作為孩子情緒管理的教材。

它的奇妙在於不同的人看圖可以說出不同的感受。如果你想知道孩子對父母家人的感受，可以問誰是爸爸，誰是媽媽，兄弟姊妹在那？班級的同學在做什麽？老師呢？你最喜歡誰？最不喜歡誰？爲什麽？通過問題，可以瞭解孩子最近的心情和經歷。

不同時間、不同情境下問，得出的答案又會不同。
大人們不妨也試試，看你們的看法和孩子的看法是不是一樣。
●關於Blob Tree的使用
第一步是讓孩子把自己的心情說出來，表達出來。但是即使是成人，對情緒進行描述也是有挑戰性的，所以英國學校給孩子的情緒管理課常用的教材是Blob Tree。看圖中的人沒有性別，年齡，都是中性，所以孩子們可以用它們來代表自己目前的情緒，幫助孩子認識自己和他人。
針對這個Blob Tree,我們可問的問題要由淺入深：
首先：這棵樹上誰最高興，悲哀，有意思，酷，孤獨？
進一步問：誰積極，消極，關心別人，領頭，警察，會死，會犯罪？
深度問題：誰是目前的你？你最希望是誰？上帝是那個？媽媽爸爸想誰？誰最可怕?你最喜歡誰？你最不願和誰在一起？
這些問題是由淺入深，逐漸要孩子們思考，認識自己和別人的情緒，小組討論最好，因為孩子們可以看到別人對自己的印象可能和自己真實的情緒不一樣。這些問題沒有標準答案，關鍵是通過這張圖和討論，大家認識自己，知道沒人願意和危險憤怒的人交朋友。知道什麼是快樂如何快樂。
它的美在於不同的人有不同的看法和感受，沒有標準答案，用途甚廣。比如我想知道孩子們對我們的感受，就問女兒兒子誰是爸爸和媽媽，女兒說那兩個摟在一起的一個是媽媽，一個是她；兒子說扛著人的是爸爸，旁邊伸手的是媽媽。父母不妨由此看看你在孩子眼中是什麼樣子。他們希望是什麼樣子的。
這個圖本身就可以把孩子的壞情緒緩解，原因是表達出來了，被父母朋友理解了，人就輕鬆了。比如孩子生氣的時候，可以拿出圖來問一問，現在他是誰，這時候孩子很可能是那個趴在地上或右上角的那個，再問問你最願意和誰交朋友，你最煩誰，最怕誰，最喜歡誰，過會兒再問，你現在是那個？
我們父母往往對孩子的朋友品頭論足，用我們的價值觀念來衡量小孩子的喜好。不妨可以用此圖了解一下孩子為什麼交朋友，問問孩子你的朋友是那個？再問問要是朋友離開你了，你會是誰？這樣就知道朋友在他們心目中的地位和他們的交友標準。
